Kyle was a three year starter for Tech, handling both the FG and LS jobs. He finished his collegiate career never having a miscue on any of his snaps.  Due to a near fatal automobile accident, the NCAA awarded Kyle an extra year of eligibility in order for him to compete his Senior year at Texas Tech.
