Coach Nicholson
Coach Brent Nicholson is a Denton, Texas native, having played for Denton Guyer HS. He began his collegiate career at Navarro College where he helped them win the 2012 SWJCFC Championship, while being named a two time 1st Team All Conference long snapper. Lamar University was his next academic/athletic destination where he finished his college eligibility and graduated in 2016. In his four years of college long snapping, he never recorded a bad snap. As he was recognized as one of the top collegiate long snappers in America, he accepted invitations to play in both the National Bowl and College Gridiron Showcase All Star football games. After a tryout with the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots, he was signed as a Free Agent with the Dallas Cowboys. Realizing his true passion was coaching, he hung up his cleats and joined the Texas Long Snapping coaching staff in San Antonio. After several years as an assistant coach, Coach Nicholson was selected to become the lead coach in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for Texas Long Snapping, a position that he holds today.
